1. General Terms

yay9 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between yay9 and all of its users.

A person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be terminated.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on yay9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account termination.

3.1 Account Creation Requirements

• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate and your own.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the yay9 support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, yay9 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

yay9 provides secure transaction facilities through mobile banking and financial services available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yay9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if a security check or suspicion of unusual activity arises.

4.4 Transaction Rules

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless yay9 approves a different method.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing earnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. A wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be placed (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in wagers.

5.3 Bonus Term Violations

A bonus may be cancelled in the following situations:

• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit bonus terms.
• Collecting a bonus by providing false information.
• Attempting to withdraw without completing account verification.

5.4 VIP Program

yay9's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, and Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances may be cancelled if the ongoing wagering requirement has not been met.

8.2 Termination by yay9

yay9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of anti-money laundering policy.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the yay9 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is owned by yay9 or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from the platform without prior written permission from yay9. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, yay9 is not liable for the following:

• Interruptions to gameplay caused by technical errors or server issues.
• Loss in a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.

• Financial losses caused by the user's own actions.
